Coaching Companion is a reflective practice tool. It is not a certificate, a grade, or a verdict on your coaching. It helps you see what you might want to try next time.

Encourage many options before moving to action.

Help think about obstacles, fears, and barriers — early, not in a negative way.

Help the coachee commit to clear next steps, ownership, and a time frame.
What we look for
We also notice coaching behaviours: listening and talk balance, question quality (open vs closed, leading, layered, advice as questions), empowerment, advice-giving, and acknowledgement.
Tone
Feedback is always supportive. You will not see 'you should have' or 'you failed to'. You will see 'one chance to grow…', a suggested rephrase, and one practice goal for next time. Communication norms vary by culture — we focus on empowerment, ownership, curiosity, and reflective questions, not style alone.
Privacy
Your sessions are saved in this browser only — they are not synced to any account. Audio and transcripts sent to the AI model are used only to give you feedback. They are not used to train the AI model.
