Coaching Companion is a reflective practice tool. It is not a certification, a grade, or a verdict on your coaching. It exists to help you notice what you might want to try next time.

Help the coachee clarify the core issue and what 'resolved' would look like.

Encourage multiple options and possibilities before moving toward action.

Help anticipate obstacles, fears, and barriers — proactively, not pessimistically.

Help the coachee commit to concrete next steps, ownership, and a timeframe.
What we look for
Beyond PACT structure, we surface observable coaching behaviors: listening and talk-time balance, question quality (open vs closed, leading, layered, advice-as-questions), empowerment, advice-giving, and acknowledgement.
Tone
Feedback is always supportive and growth-oriented. You will never see "you should have" or "you failed to". You will see "one opportunity to strengthen…", a suggested rephrasing, and one practice goal for next time. Communication norms vary across cultures — we focus on empowerment, ownership, curiosity, and reflective questioning rather than style alone.
Privacy
Your sessions are saved in this browser only — they aren't synced to any account. Audio sent for transcription and transcripts sent for evaluation are processed by an AI model and not retained by us.
